Declaration of a national emergency with respect to North Korea communication from the President of the United States transmitting notification of an executive order that takes additional steps with respect to the national emergency by the government of North Korea declared by Executive Order 13466 of June 26, 2008, and expanded in Executive Order 13551 of August 30, 2010 that will ensure implementation of the import restrictions contained in UNSCRs 1718 and 1874 and complement the import restrictions provided for in the Arms Export Control Act, pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 1622(d).
