Description
A group of ordinary men practice vigilante justice when they feel the government and police aren't doing enough to right the wrongs of society; Richard returns from the army to his rural village to settle the score with a gang and its leader who tormented his simple-minded younger brother while he was gone; a reclusive older man seeks revenge when three teens kill his dog Red for no reason.
